To provide an integrated home care service which meets the nursing and home assistance needs of the clients.

qualified nursing staff to health facilities as required.

ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality.

provide care based on a thorough nursing assessment. This care to
be evaluated and modified throughout the course of the interaction between the client
and the service provider so the best possible outcome is obtained.
To
ensure the care provided enhances the individual’s capacity to be independent
or, when this is no longer possible, to assist the client to perform some activities
in order to maintain quality of life.
To
maintain client’s right to information, to confidentiality, to make informed
choices and to be involved in decisions related to their care.
To
ensure that the knowledge and skills of the staff are of the highest order
and are enhanced by a regular and relevant staff development programme.
