Independent Health Care Service RTO provides a process for assessing current competency through recognition of past education, training, and experiences that you may have had. We offer an RPL process whereby evidence is reviewed against the requirements of one or more endorsed units of competency from a relevant industry training package.
RPL assessment is made on evidence provided by candidates of the skills and knowledge that they have previously learnt through work, study, life and other experiences.
Examples of what can be recognised include:
- Formal training undertaken in the past but never completed or gained qualifications for;
- Learning resulting from work experience;
- Learning resulting from life experiences;
- Industry based training programs.
