* Consumable Expenses:
For any products or services not explicitly covered in our standard list, including personal items, we ask that you consult with us (IHCS) first. This allows us to assess the item and confirm its eligibility for funding before the service commences or the purchase is made.

Following this consultation, we will provide you with a written agreement. This document will specify whether the requested item or service can be funded from your package. Please be advised that you may be held personally liable for the full cost of any purchases made without this prior written confirmation.

General Terms:

1. Unless explicitly noted otherwise, all quoted prices are exclusive of the GST.
2. Services billed at an hourly rate incorporate a one-hour minimum charge. This minimum does not apply to Nursing, Allied Health, or Other Therapeutic Services. These specific categories will be charged pro-rata, based on the precise duration of your appointment (e.g., a 30-minute appointment will be billed at 50% of the hourly rate).
3. A comprehensive breakdown of all service inclusions and exclusions is detailed in the formal written agreement provided to you by us (IHCS).
4. In our schedule of fees, the "---" symbol indicates that a service is not offered outside of our standard operating hours (Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 pm).
5. The cost of any consumable materials (such as medical supplies) necessary for your service will be itemised and invoiced separately, corresponding to the items used at your premises.
