2022-23 Workplace Gender Equality Report Now Available

In accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act), Independent Health Care Service has lodged its annual public report for 2022-23 with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency on the 30th May 2023.

2019-20 Workplace Gender Equality Report Now Available

IHCS Awarded Employer of Choice

Independent Health Care Service is thrilled to announce that we have been recognised as a Tasmanian Employer of Choice.

The 2016 Award recipients were announced at a presentation dinner on 30 May 2016 at Wrest Point.  IHCS, along with 11 other Tasmanian businesses, were presented with their awards by the Minister for State Growth, Matthew Groom.  IHCS now joins a total of 71 Tasmanian organisations who have been recognised for their efforts in supporting employee’s work life balance, encouraging employee engagement, and ensuring continuous improvement.
