Our fees apply to both clients and service providers purchasing our services to provide care. The fees are reviewed on an annual basis, and may be subject to change.
We endeavour to provide reasonable notice to our customers when our fees are changed.
IHCS appreciates 24 hours notice of cancellation of rostered shifts; however, cancellations may be made up until 4pm on the day prior to a rostered shift without incurring the cancellation fee. Cancellations after this time will be charged at full cost.
